We have adopted a straightforward flat rate shipping structure to simplify your shopping experience:

  • For 1-2 pieces: $20

  • For 3-4 pieces: $36

  • For 5 or more pieces: $45

  • Free shipping on orders over $200


To view your shipping costs, simply add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated based on the quantity of items in your order.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to ensure that our unique gifts can reach customers across the globe. No matter where you are located, The Giraffe Shop is committed to delivering joy to your doorstep.
 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped from our facility within 5-7 business days. Please note the following standard shipping and transit times:

  • Domestic Orders: 5-10 business days

  • International Orders: 10-15 business days

These timeframes may vary based on your location and external factors such as customs processing.
 

VAT and Customs Information

For international orders, The Giraffe Shop does not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) / GST / HST or other customs duties at the time of purchase. As the recipient, you will be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees once your package arrives in your country.
 

Please be aware that depending on local regulations, your package may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information regarding your country's customs policies and potential fees.

​Refund and Return Policy

At The Giraffe Shop, we offer a 14-day return window. You have 14days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale. Discounts applied to orders, including bundle discounts, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
 

Exchanges

For the quickest way to obtain a different item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Customers will be accountable for both the return shipping costs and the shipping fees for the new item.
 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
​

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
 


Refunds​​

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on the location. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
